Top-Hand Novice Class

Riders must be rated 1 or 2 to compete in this class. 

The class results will be based on a 3 full go average.  Teams are drawn at random for each go-round.  Scoring is based on the combined aggregate accumulation of cattle and time for individual competitors.

Payback/Awards Schedule:^*

• First Place Pays $2,000usd plus Custom Trophy Saddles
• Second Place Pays $1,200usd plus Custom Trophy Buckles
• Third Place Pays $800usd plus Custom Pasture Blankets

Entry Information:

Competitors may enter 1 time.  Each entry guarantees the competitor 3 teams per go-round for 3 full goes or 9 total rides.  Entry fee per rider is $400usd. (That's only $44.44/ride!)

Entry Limits:

Currently, this class is limited to the first 20 contestants.  As demand exceeds this limit, we will do our best to balance the total team count between all Top Hand classes to ensure we make every opportunity to those who wish to compete, however, we believe that at some point, entries will be closed.  The website will be continually updated to reflect the same.  Secure your spot, register now on-line!
